EDWARD MWALONGO
Edward is a qualified advocate of the high court of Tanzania and the subordinate thereto. He is the member of both Tanganyika Law Society (TLS) and East African Law Society (EALS). As an advocate specializing in corporate litigation, he brings extensive expertise and proven track record of success in representing business clients. She holds an undergraduate degree in Law and is an alumna of the Law School of Tanzania, where she solidified her foundational legal training and advocacy skills. Driven by a passion for continuous growth and specialization, Glory is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Taxation. Her academic journey reflects her commitment to advancing her expertise in a field that plays a critical role in national and international economic frameworks. Professionally, Glory serves as a Customs and Trade Advocate, where she provides legal guidance and representation on matters related to trade compliance, customs regulations, and cross-border transactions. Her role requires not only legal knowledge but also strategic insight into the complexities of tax and trade laws. Glory is known for her sharp analytical skills, strong work ethic, and dedication to professional integrity. John Fimbo is a partner and head of operations at ALC. With over years of experience, his expertise encompasses intellectual property, real estate, corporate governance and data protection. In corporate management, John has proven track record in reviewing and drafting professional service agreements, companies’ policies, human resources manual, negotiating different transaction on behalf of the companies and ensuring compliances. He has successfully facilitated the establishment of various companies and nongovernmental organizations on top of that he has provided strategic advice to corporate entities on adhering data protection laws in Tanzania. In the realm of intellectual property and real estate, John is renowned for his proficiency in copyright and trademark registration having successfully registered trademarks in Tanzania, has effectively delivered professional legal advice on franchise agreements and various other contracts ensuring compliance with IP laws in Tanzania. His experience as conveyance and real estate expert includes providing comprehensive legal opinion on conveyance process and navigating complex transactions on financing and mortgage, unit title, leasing and tenancy, further solidifying his reputation as knowledgeable and reliable in these sectors.

David Ouma
David Paulus Ouma, an advocate of the high court of Tanzania is a dedicated and results driven legal practitioner with a solid academic and professional in law. A Tanzanian national, Advocate Ouma earned his bachelor of laws (LLB) from Mzumbe University, Mbeya Campus, and class of 2015 and later pursued 4 his Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (PGDLP) at the Law School of Tanzania. Ouma’s career in the legal field is marked by practical experience across several reputable institutions. He has served as a legal officer at Mng’arwe & Co advocates as well as sunlight advocates, and currently practices with AEGIS LEGAL CONSULTANTS. His work has included client consultations, legal drafting, dispute resolution, and court representation. He also gained valuable experience during voluntary internship at within Tanzania Judicial System. In additional to his legal expertise, Ouma brings strong skills in legal search and analysis, advocacy, organizational leadership, and communication. His academic research on “Medical Professional Misconduct in Absence of Informed Consent in Tanzania” reflects his commitment to legal ethics and public interest. Ouma is fluent in both English and Swahili, proficient in Microsoft Office and well known for his time management, facilitation, and leadership skills. Outside his professional life, he enjoys reading, watching documentaries, and soccer and staying informed on current affairs.
